Townhouses

In response to the market, Townhouses have developed in two main ways – those that are independent properties and those that are built on a subsection of the land owned by an individual, similar to‘mini houses’. In general, these are designed with two floors. The ground floor living space includes the kitchen, bathroom and garage whilst the bedrooms are found upstairs. The majority of townhouses also have a small garden. Townhouses are subject to an annual property management fee. The rate of return on investment is comparatively low, however this is reflected by comparatively low prices.
